In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Port of Wellington Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Centreport House, Hinemoa Street, Wellington: Notice is hereby given that the order of the High Court of New Zealand, dated 16 June 1995, confirming the reduction of the issued capital of the above-named company from $46,000,000 to $20,000,000 and the minute approved by the Court were registered by the District Registrar of Companies at Wellington on 23 June 1995. The said minute is as follows: ``The authorised capital of Port of Wellington Limited is $74,000,000 divided into 74 000 000 shares of $1 each having been reduced from $100,000,000 divided into 100 000 000 shares of $1 each. The issued capital of Port of Wellington Limited is $20,000,000 divided into 20 000 000 shares of $1 each having been reduced from $46,000,000 divided into 46 000 000 shares of $1 each.''
