Notice of Final Meeting In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Hine-Rangi Farm (1980) Limited (in voluntarily liquidation): Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at Fourth Floor, Columbus House, 52 Symonds Street, Auckland on Friday, 10 February 1995 at 10 a.m. for the purpose of: (a) Having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the liquidation has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of during the liquidation. (b) Hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator. (c) To consider, and if thought fit, pass the following extraordinary resolution: ``That the books of the company be retained by the liquidator for a period as required by Statute.''
