Notice Reconvening Adjourned Meeting of Creditors In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Home Improvement Products Limited (in receivership and in liquidation): Notice is hereby given pursuant to clause 2 (6) of Schedule 8A of the Companies Act 1955 that the adjourned meeting of creditors of Home Improvement Products Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) held at the Conference Room, State Services Commission, Fifth Floor, AMP Centre, 47 Cathedral Square, Christchurch at 10 a.m. on Friday, the 9th day of December 1994 will be reconvened at the venue referred to above at 10 a.m. on Monday, the 13th day of February 1995 for the purpose of appointing a liquidator or liquidators. As nominations for the appointment of a liquidator or liquidators will be taken from the floor at the reconvened meeting and the name or names of a proposed liquidator or liquidators is not known at the date of this notice no resolution as such is herein set out to be submitted to the meeting and accordingly no voting paper is enclosed nor will postal votes be accepted in respect of such reconvened meeting.
