Mitchell Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Meeting of Creditors Take notice that a meeting of creditors will be held in the Conference Room of KPMG Peat Marwick, Eleventh Floor, KPMG Centre, 9 Princes Street, Auckland at 2.15 p.m. on the 11th day of April 1995 to consider: 1. The wishes of creditors in respect of the winding up. 2. Approval of liquidation fees. Every creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a creditor.
