Land Transfer Act Notice Notice is hereby given that the Roman Catholic Bishop of the Diocese of Christchurch has by application 102318 made application to be registered as proprietor of the estate in fee simple of 405 square metres, being Lot 1, D.P. 378, certificate of title 2C/1002, the registered proprietor being Matthew Joseph Brodie. This application will be registered unless caveat forbidding same be lodged before the 30th day of October 1995 by any person claiming the beneficial ownership of any estate or interest in the land. The above-mentioned certificate of title having been declared lost, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue new certificate of title in lieu thereof.
