Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for the Purpose of a Motorway District of Kapiti Coast Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington hereby amends the notice dated 4 August 1995, acquiring land for motorway purposes, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 17 August 1995, No. 81 at page 2247 by deleting the Schedule and substituting the following: Schedule Wellington Land District Area ha Being 1.5310 Lot 1, D.P. 71916, subject to Proclamation 434869 (all C.T. 43A/890).
