Amending Notice Road Deviation at Awapuni Hill State Highway No. 7 Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 2nd day of February 1994, published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 10th day of February 1994, No. 11, page 732, by omitting from the second and third lines of paragraph (c) of the declaration the words ``and vested in the Crown''.
