Road Realignment in Waikato District Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton: (a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Waikato District Council. (iii) Area ``D'', now known as Section 3, S.O. 59899, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 323, folio 60, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 772485.3 and H. 370768, South Auckland Land Registry.
