Land Acquired for River Protection Purposes in Marlborough District Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for river protection purposes and shall vest in The Marlborough District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule Marlborough Land District 16.8170 hectares, situated in Block VI, Cloudy Bay Survey District, being parts of Section 122, Wairau West Registration District and part of Sections 124 and 136, Wairau West Registration District; as shown marked ``B'', ``C'', and ``D'' on S.O.
