Change of the Classification of Part of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Hawke's Bay Conservancy, hereby changes the classification of that part of Kirkpatrick Park, described in the Schedule below, from recreation reserve to local purpose (community services) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act. Schedule Hawke's Bay Land District Hastings District 1014 square metres, more or less, being Lot 51, D.P. 11069, situated in Block XV, Heretaunga Survey District.
