Classification of Parts of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Hawke's Bay Conservancy, hereby classifies that part of the reserve, described in the First Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (wildlife) reserve, and further, classifies that part of the reserve, described in the Second Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (passive recreation) reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act.
