Amending a Notice Realigning Road in Thames-Coromandel District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 16th day of September 1994 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 22 September 1994, No. 96, page 2927, realigning road in Thames-Coromandel District by deleting``23C/323'' from paragraph (c) (iii) and substituting ``56A/931''.
