Cancellation of the Vesting and Revesting of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, in the New Zealand Society for the Intellectually Handicapped (Incorporated), and further, vests the said reserve in the Te Kohanga Reo National Trust Board, in trust.
