Land Declared Road and Road Stopped and Vested in Otorohanga District Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton: (a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road which shall vest in The Otorohanga District Council. (b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto (now known as Section 1, S.O. 55394) to be stopped and amalgamated with the land contained in certificate of title 9A/918. (c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the area of land described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be taken and further declares the said land (now known as Section 2, S.O. 55394) be amalgamated with the land contained in certificate of title 9A/918. First Schedule South Auckland Land District 192 square metres, being part Lot 2, D.P. 21591; as shown marked ``E'' on S.O. Plan 55935, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton. Second Schedule South Auckland Land District 934 square metres, adjoining part Lot 2, D.P. 21591, land on D.P. 28542 and part Orahiri 1A Block; as shown marked ``F'' on S.O. Plan 55934, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton. Third Schedule South Auckland Land District 343 square metres, being part Orahiri 1A Block; as shown marked ``G'' on S.O.
