Amending a Notice Acquiring a Right of Way Easement at Waingake, Gisborne District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, hereby amends the notice dated the 10th day of October 1995, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 19th day of October 1995, No. 117, page 3682, under the heading ``Right of Way Easement Acquired at Waingake, Gisborne District'' by substituting the land described in the First and Second Schedules with the following: Gisborne Land District First Schedule (Servient Tenement) 497.790 hectares, being Sections 5 and 6, Block II, Nuhaka North Survey District, comprised in certificate of title 5A/1163. Second Schedule (Dominant Tenement) 1338 square metres, being Section 1, S.O. 8775, Block II, Nuhaka North Survey District, being all of the land comprised in certificate of title 5B/831.
