Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for the Purposes of a Motorway District of Kapiti Coast Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated 31 October 1995, acquiring land for the purposes of a motorway, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 2 November 1995, No. 127 at page 4272, by deleting the Schedule and substituting the following: Schedule Wellington Land District Area ha Being 2.2305 Lot 38, D.P. 25326; (all C.T.
