Change of Classification of Part of a Reserve and Vesting in The Marlborough District Council Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, the Nelson/Marlborough Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of that part of reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from local purpose (botanical gardens) reserve, to a recreation reserve and further vests the said reserve, in The Marlborough District Council, in trust, for that purpose. Schedule Marlborough Land District Marlborough District 3500 square metres, more or less, being part Section 1147, Town of Picton. All certificate of title 3B/741.
