Land at Sockburn Acquired for Railway Purposes and Limited Access Road Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land firstly described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for railway purposes, the land secondly described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, for a limited access road which becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
