Cancellation of the Vesting in The New Plymouth District Council and Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Wanganui, Department of Conservation hereby cancels the vesting in The New Plymouth District Council and revokes the reservation as a local purpose (marae) reserve over the reserve described in the Schedule hereto.
