Don McKinnon presiding in Council Pursuant to section 182 of the Rating Powers Act 1988, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court and with the consent of The Rotorua District Council, hereby exempts the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto from the liability for payment of rates, including any rates remaining unpaid at the commencement of this order.
