Classification of Parts of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Wanganui Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies that part of the reserve, described in the First Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (community buildings) reserve, and further, classifies that part of the reserve, described in the Second Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act.
