Classification and Naming of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Otago Conservancy, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be classified as a scenic reserve subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act and further declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the White Island Scenic Reserve.
