Land Acquired for Scenic Reserve Gilbert Road, Uruti Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for scenic reserve, subject to easement certificate 270025 and shall vest in the Crown, pursuant to section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
