Easement Held for the Generation of Electricity Acquired for an Easement to Drain Sewage Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that, all agreement to that effect having been entered into, the easement created by New Zealand Gazette, 1976, page 1506 (All Gazette notice 89397/1) is hereby acquired for an easement to drain sewage and shall vest in The Mackenzie District Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
