Declaration That Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Otago Conservancy, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Clutha District Council on the 18th day of May 1995: ``That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Clutha District Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act.'' Schedule Otago Land District Clutha District 1.9379 hectares, more or less, being Section 23, Block IV, Sections 26 and 27, Block V and Section 1, S.O. 21493, Town of Waihola.
