Classification of Reserve and Vesting in The Clutha District Council Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Otago Conservancy, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve, and vests the said reserve in The Clutha District Council in trust for that purpose.
