Declaration That Land is a Reserve and Classification of a Reserve to be Known as the Shoesmith Domain Recreation Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Rodney District Council on the 31st day of August 1995: ``That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Rodney District Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the First Schedule hereto, shall be and the same are declared to be recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act, and further are declared to form part of the Shoesmith Domain Recreation Reserve.'' Furthermore, the Regional Conservator hereby classifies the reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act to form part of the Shoesmith Domain Recreation Reserve.
