Amending a Notice Realigning Road in Thames-Coromandel District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 10th day of August 1995 and printed in the New Zealand Gazette of 17 August 1995, No. 81, page 2243, realigning road in Thames-Coromandel District by removing the land secondly described from the Third Schedule and inserting it in the Second Schedule.
