Cancellation of the Vesting in the Marlborough District Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting in The Marlborough District Council and revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve for river protection purposes described in the Schedule hereto.
