Amending a Notice Realigning Road (Grays Road) in the City of Porirua Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member L&P Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, hereby amends the notice dated the 14th day of July 1995, realigning Grays Road, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 27 July 1995, No. 73 at page 1983 by deleting reference in the body of the notice to section 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981.
