Land Set Apart for a Government Purpose (Facilities Associated With the Protection of Gannets) Reserve Cape Kidnappers, Hawke's Bay Pursuant to section 52 (4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares the land described in the Schedule to be set apart for a Governmental purpose (facilities associated with the protection of gannets) reserve. Schedule Hawke's Bay Land District All that area in the Hawke's Bay Land District bounded by a line commencing at the common mean high water mark boundary point of Sections 2 and 3, Block III, Kidnapper Survey District (S.O. 8314) and proceeding generally westerly along the seaward boundary of the aforementioned Section 3, along the northern seaward boundary of Lot 2, Deeds Plan 915 to the intersection with the New Zealand Map Grid line of 2859000 east; thence north along the aforementioned grid line to its intersection with the mean low water springs mark; thence generally easterly along the mean low water springs mark to the intersection with the northerly production of the common boundary of the aforementioned Sections 2 and 3; thence proceeding south along the aforementioned produced line to the commencement point; excluding any islands or rocks contained within the nature reserve in New Zealand Gazette 1983, page 2023, which may be within the above boundaries.
