Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes Waitara Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in The Taranaki Regional Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule Taranaki Land District New Plymouth District 638 square metres, being part Lot 2, D.P. 10691 and marked ``O'' on S.O. 13395 on the plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at New Plymouth and being part land in certificate of title C3/948.
