Naming of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy, hereby declares that the scenic reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall hereafter be known as the Paynes Ford Scenic Reserve. Schedule Nelson Land District Tasman District 62.0230 hectares, more or less, being Sections 282 and 283, District of Takaka, situated in Block X, Takaka Survey District.
