Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land in Hamilton City for a Technical Institute Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the declaration dated the 15th day of May 1995, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 18 May 1995, No. 47, page 1217, acquiring land in Hamilton City for a technical institute by deleting ``Lot 5'' from the land sixthly described in the Schedule and substituting ``Lot 4''.
