Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Riverslea Drain Hawke's Bay District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, hereby amends the notice dated the 5th day of October 1994, published in New Zealand Gazette of the 13th day of October 1994, No. 105, page 3095, under the heading ``Land Acquired for Riverslea Drain Hawke's Bay District'' by deleting the amendment, dated 3 November 1994, No. 116, page 3448 and reinstating the Schedule in the original notice.
