Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for State Primary School, Levin, Horowhenua District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, hereby amends the notice dated the 19th day of June 1995, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 22 June 1995, No. 61, page 1589, by deleting the figures ``3.3791'' from the Schedule and replacing them with ``3.2767''.
