Amending a Proclamation Taking Land for State Housing Purposes in the City of Porirua Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, hereby amends the Proclamation dated the 13th day of September 1960, taking land for State housing purposes, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 15 September 1960, No. 59 at page 1433, by adding to the body of the Proclamation after the words ``State housing purposes'', the following: ``subject to the rights of way created by Orders of Court 7730, 7732 and 8674''.
