Declaration that Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Marlborough District Council on the 29th day of June 1995. ``That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Marlborough District Council hereby resolves that the land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and is hereby declared to be, a local purpose (site for a war memorial) reserve within the meaning of the said Act.''
