Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a wahi tapu, to be known as Wherahia Wahi Tapu, for the common use and benefit of the Ngati Kaharau and Ngati Hau whanui. Schedule North Auckland Land District All that piece of land situated in Block II, Waoku Survey District and described as follows: Area m Being 4046 Omanaia A4, being being all the land contained in consolidation order of the Maori Land Court dated 1 October 1942.
