Classification and Vesting of a Reserve in The Auckland Regional Council to Form Part of the Muriwai Regional Park Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, and further, vests the said reserve in The Auckland Regional Council, in trust, to form part of the Muriwai Regional Park, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
