Change of the Purpose of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator hereby changes the purpose of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (sewerage works) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
