Cancellation of the Vesting of a Reserve in The Auckland City Council and the Revocation of the Reservation of That Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting in The Auckland City Council of the reserve described in the Schedule below, and further, revokes the reservation as a reserve for a site for a municipal building and community centre over the said land.
