Change of Classification of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservtion, hereby changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, from recreation reserve to local purpose (site for plunket rooms) reserve, subject to the provision of the said Act.
