Amending Notice Land at 38 and 43 Edgeware Road Set Apart for Road Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 20th day of October 1994 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 3rd day of November 1994, No. 116 at page 3449, by omitting from the recital the following words: ``held by that council for road diversion'' and inserting in lieu therefore the following words ``held by that council in fee simple and for road diversion respectively'' Dated at Christchurch 30th day of March 1995.
