Land Acquired for Road and Stopped Road Vested in the District of Tasman Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson: (a) Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981 and section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for limited access road which has become road, limited access road and State highway, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. (b) Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3), declares: (i) The area of stopped road described in the Second Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 8C/1099, subject to memorandum of mortgage 343820.1. (ii) The area of stopped road described in the Third Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 8A/102, subject to memorandum of mortgage 309481.4 and fencing covenant 264578.2. (iii) The area of stopped road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 7B/397. First Schedule Nelson Land District Tasman District 1709 square metres, situated in Block I, Waimea Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P. 1085; as shown marked ``BC'' on S.O. Plan 15046, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson. Second Schedule Nelson Land District Tasman District 386 square metres, situated in Block I, Waimea Survey District, being Section 7, S.O. Plan 15043. Third Schedule Nelson Land District Tasman District 2475 square metres, situated in Block I, Waimea Survey District, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 15042.
