Amending a Notice Regarding Land Set Apart and Acquired for Road, Porirua City Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated 1 September 1994 setting apart land and acquiring land for road, limited access road and State highway, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 8 September 1994, No. 91 at page 2801 by deleting from the First Schedule the lands first and secondly described and by deleting from the Second Schedule the land secondly described and substituting the following: First Schedule Wellington Land District Area m Being 198 Section 1; shown ``A'' on S.O. 36599. 3 Section 2; shown ``D'' on S.O. 36599.
