Amending a Notice Realigning Road (Pahiatua Track) in the City of Palmerston North Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, hereby amends the notice dated 1st day of December 1994, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 8 December 1994, No. 133 at page 4357, realigning a road (Pahiatua Track) by: 1. Adding the following words ``and Ninth'' to paragraph (b) of the body of the notice after the word Eighth. 2. Amending the description of the first area described in the Seventh Schedule to read: ``Section 11 and 20, Block XIX, Mangahao Survey District; marked ``J1'' on S.O. Plan 30595''.
