Notice of Additional Function Under Section 33 of the Health and Disability Services Act 1993 Pursuant to section 33 (1) (d) (ii) of the Health and Disability Services Act 1993, I, Jennifer Mary Shipley, Minister of Health, authorise the Northern Regional Health Authority to carry out the following function: To fund, in accordance with and to the extent enabled by its funding agreement with the Crown, unrecoverable bad debts owing to a Crown health enterprise for providing health and/or disability services to a person who is not eligible for funding for those services under any funding agreement between the Crown and regional health authorities.
