Notice Issued to the Foundation for Research, Science and Technology Pursuant to Section 8a, Foundation for Research, Science and Technology Act 1990 This notice hereby revokes the Ministerial Scheme ``The Marsden Fund'' with effect from 1 December 1995. Notice of the scheme was published in the New Zealand Gazette on 22 March 1995 and amended in a notice published in the New Zealand Gazette on 17 August 1995. From 1 December 1995, The Marsden Fund will be administered by the Royal Society of New Zealand, P.O. Box 598, Wellington. Dated at Wellington this 28th day of November 1995.
