Real Estate Agents Licensing Board Pursuant to section 4 (2) (b) of the Real Estate Agents Act 1976, the Minister of Justice has been pleased to appoint Allison Anne Sinclair, barrister and solicitor of Auckland as a the chairperson of the Real Estate Agents Licensing Board for a period of 3 years on and from the date hereof, and further reappoint, pursuant to section 4 (20 (c) of the said Act Cheryl Parsons of Auckland and Brian Kenhardt Crawshaw of Gisborne as members of the Real Estate Agents Licensing Board, each for a term of 3 years on and from the 30 June 1995.
